We watch in horror as war has broken out in Europe, and our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Ukraine.

We'd like to start this week's letter by highlighting a member of the Oracle APEX community, Jan Květina, who recently offered free mentoring to developers in the Ukraine.

We might feel helpless as we watch the situation unfold, but these are the sorts of concrete actions we can take, and Jan, we think what you did was great and very much in the spirit of the late Joel Kallman ❤️.
